Lost or Stolen Packages

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives safely. However, once your package is marked as "delivered" by the shipping provider, it becomes the buyer's responsibility to secure the package. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Shipping Insurance:

  • All orders are shipped insured. In the event of a missing or damaged package, you may file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly to start the claims process.

Buyer’s Responsibility:

  • If a package shows as delivered but is missing, please check with neighbors or other household members, as well as with the delivery carrier to ensure the package was not misplaced.
  • We recommend that you track and monitor your order closely during the shipping process, especially if delivery occurs in an area where theft is a concern.
